Jobless claims hit 300k this morning and set a low level not seen since May 2007, and now the 4wk moving average is 316K.  794px-USCapitolbackside

A  weather related thaw is in fact leading to a spring back into gear for hiring and the economy.  Watch for ISM upsides. 

If the unemployment rate continues to fall as it has, you have to take the Fed at their word when they tell you they will adjust even if they have guided to a lower unemployment rate threshold before they raise rates. 

Goldilocks: it's what I have been saying for some time - No inflation, low rates, high employment in labor as well.
