China Eastern Airlines (CEA, quote) announced yesterday it will purchase 20 Boeing 777-300 extended-range aircraft (BA, quote) in a deal worth $5.94 billion. The purchase represents the latest coup for Boeing in sales to emerging market airlines over European rival Airbus.
